A strategic thinker and creative leader, Eira is a multi-skilled and highly effective arts administrator with diverse experience in business development, stakeholder relations, revenue generation activities, and market growth.
Eira commenced with ADT in 2015 as Producer & Program Coordinator and was soon after promoted to Producer & Development Manager. During her time with the company, she has been instrumental in strategic planning for the company, driving new partnerships with other cultural organisations and institutions, increasing revenue through government grants, new corporate partnerships and philanthropic programs, growing ADT’s national touring, and creating innovative audience and market development activities.
Prior to transitioning to a career in the arts and cultural sector, Eira held program management roles for eight years in the Federal Government Department of Health and Ageing. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and commenced a Masters of Arts (Museum & Curatorial Studies) at the University of Adelaide in 2018. In 2017/18 she undertook an Arts Fundraising Mentorship through Creative Partnerships Australia.
In September 2018, Eira commenced her current role as Executive Director of ADT. She is passionate about sharing the work of ADT a connecting audiences and partners with the company’s vision and artistic practice.
