By using this website each user accepts the following terms & conditions. Australian Dance Theatre has provided all information on this website in good faith and has made reasonable attempts to ensure the information is correct. No liability is accepted by Australian Dance Theatre for any reliance made on information contained within this website. The user accepts all risk associated with using this website by the act of visiting the pages within the site.
There is no charge for postage of Education Notes and Dance Class Passes sold and DVD’s hired from this website within Australia. Items are posted via Australia Post (Regular Mail). Express Post or Registered Mail is available at the customer’s request for an additional cost, please contact Australian Dance Theatre to make arrangements.
Australian Dance Theatre can post to international customers at an additional cost. International customers should contact Australian Dance Theatre for postage costs & arrangements. International customers must pay own postage costs, which is calculated and quoted per order.
GST is payable on all purchases from within Australia.
Fifty by Maggie Tonkin
Fifty can only be shipped Australia wide at a flat rate of $15.00. Payment can also be made in person or on the phone at (08) 8373 7733 if you wish to pick up a copy in person. For international postage, click here to purchase via Wakefield Press.
Returns and Refunds
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
No returns or refunds available on: Australian Dance Theatre Education Notes, Donations or Dance Class Passes.
Return of hired DVD’s
Please notify Australian Dance Theatre of any scratches found on DVDs so we can maintain our stock. For copyright and royalty reasons we can only hire DVD’s, rather than sell them. No copying is permitted.
A $25 refund will be made on return of hired DVDs.

It applies to the purchase and use of Tickets and related matters. The Code sets standards for consumer protection to encourage consumer confidence in the Australian live performance industry.
