Garry Stewart in conversation

Wednesday, August 13, 2014

On Saturday 6 September, 5pm at The Drill Hall, 1C New Beach Rd Rushcutters Bay (Sydney), Kate Champion & Garry Stewart will lead a discussion titled “Everything Has Led to This”.

Garry and Kate will ask each other how creative acts embody an archaeology of our own personal histories.

The In Conversation series traces the lineage of dance through choreographers who have influenced each other’s work, or possess a shared history, as well as new voices and influences. It will provide an informal and playful open access forum for young artists to gain knowledge, and for the public to engage with the ideas of some of Australia’s leading choreographers.
