ADT Street Dance Sessions presented by Australian Dance Theatre and Adelaide City CouncilTuesday, September 29, 2015
ADT brings its street skills to the Adelaide Meeting Hall for two workshops only. Taught by ADT professional dancers Zoë Dunwoodie and Michael Ramsay, ADT is renowned for using a fusion of dance styles including street, contemporary, ballet, breaking and gymnastics.
Don’t miss this chance to learn the basics of street dancing including breaking, popping, tutting and tumbling techniques. You’ll learn floor and partner techniques, how to use your body safely as well as choreography for a short routine.
Friday 9th of October across two session times:
10:00am – 12:00am
2:00pm – 4:00pm
Held at the Meeting Hall – Pilgrim Lane in Adelaide CBD.

Are there any prerequisites for the class?
Aimed at students aged 13 – 17. Workshops suit participants with a minimum 1-year dance experience (including high school dance students).
What will students need to bring?
Attire | non-restrictive dance attire, ie. track pants or leggings, t-shirt or sports top with sneakers.
To bring | Water bottle, any medications and mobile phone (if they would like to film themselves).
Class numbers are strictly limited so get in quick to avoid missing out.
