Australian Dance Theatre presents Rough Draft, a raw and uncensored platform for artists to present their work in its early stages of development.
Curated for artists, by artists, Rough Draft provides an opportunity to step inside the minds of some of South Australia's finest creative thinkers and experience first-hand their creative development process in an informal, cabaret style setting.
The inaugural Rough Draft, held on 25 November 2011, showcased first stage developments and interesting talks by a number of leading Adelaide artists, including ADT ensemble members, Amber Haines, Kyle Page and Tara Soh, JUMP mentor and ADT dancer Scott Ewen, independent choreographer Daniel Jaber, and Neuroscientist and poet Dr. Ian Gibbons.
We are currently looking for participation from dance and physical theatre makers. If you are an artist and are interested in participating in Rough Draft #2 please email elizabeth@adt.org.au.
