Dance Fit (Open)
A body conditioning class inspired by dance moves and core strength training. Combining circuit, cardio and teamwork, Dance Fit is the perfect base for any fitness plan. Get strong, toned and improve your co-ordination in a supportive, friendly environment. Dance Fit is suitable for all levels of experience and a great way to warm up before the intermediate Contemporary technique class Thursdays. 

Contemporary (Beginner & Intermediate)
Contemporary dance builds strenght, develops self-expression, space and body awareness, use of the body's weight, efficient use of muscles and safe body alignment. It encompasses many different aspects from diverse styles of dance such as jazz, ballet, funk, street styles and has evolved from modern dance. ADT holds both beginner and intermediate Contemporary classes introduces the basics of the style in a friendly, informative atmosphere. 

Jazz (Open)
Jazz is a style that has influenced many aspects of contemporary and hip hop as well as being famous in its own right for some of the most popular dance routines in Hollywood and video clips. It improves flexibility, co-ordination, fitness and rhythm. The style of the class will vary depending on the teacher so that classes touch on aspects of Broadway, lyrical and commerical jazz styles. This class is suitable for all ages and no dance experience is necessary.

Ballet (Beginner)
This class is specifically designed for all those who have always wanted to learn Ballet. Start at the barre and work your way through the fundamental techniques of ballet to build strength, balance and muscality. Ballet embraces refinement while encouraging flexiblity and grace.

 

Levels

Beginners: Basic dance movements and dance routines/ technique. No experience necessary.
Intermediate: A higher level of dance movement & technique. Taught with more difficult routines. Minimum of 2 years dance experience.
